POWER-GEN Europe’s strategic conference track presented expert opinions about the future direction of the sector, particularly looking at the needs of the future shape and requirements of Europe’s utility companies. Track 2 looked at all aspects of reducing the industry’s carbon footprint including an update on CCS technologies. Tracks 3-6 offered an unrivalled range of technology presentations covering plants design, operation and maintenance and one of the highlights this year was undoubtedly the gas turbine mega-session.
POWER-GEN Europe, now in its 19th year, along with Renewable Energy World Europe and Nuclear Power Europe unite the entire spectrum of power generation under one roof. With well over 500 exhibiting companies, nowhere else in Europe will you find such a range of state-of-the art services and technologies covering every aspect of the power engineering sector.
This year as in previous occasions EPPSA was present at POWER-GEN Europe.
