About EPPSA

Patrick Clerens has been the Secretary General of EPPSA since its establishment in Brussels in January 2005. Building upon his prior experience as EPPSA's Brussels Representative since 2003, he liaises between member companies and the EU institutions on issues related to energy and clean fuel technology.  

Since 1991, he has worked as a consultant for a private company specialising in European Affairs. Mr. Clerens holds degrees from the Universities of Saarbruecken and Mainz.
